1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words have the meanings given below:

• "Neuronest", "we", "us", "our" — Neuronest, operating at 120 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand
• "Website" — the site hosted at neuronestz.live and its subpages
• "Programmes" — the online educational courses offered by Neuronest
• "User", "you", "your" — any person who visits our website or enrols in a programme
• "Content" — all text, video, code samples, exercises, and materials provided through our programmes
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or enrol.

Our programmes are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By using the website, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. What We Offer

Neuronest provides online educational programmes focused on AI development skills. These are offered for general learning purposes only. Our programmes include:

• Foundations of Python for AI — a self-paced introductory programme (฿3,600)
• Applied Machine Learning Track — an intermediate structured programme with mentor support (฿16,000)
• AI Engineering Capstone Programme — a comprehensive project-led programme (฿34,000)

Programme availability, schedules, and content may be updated from time to time. We will notify enrolled learners of material changes with reasonable notice.

4. Enrolment and Access

• Access to programme materials is granted upon receipt of full payment
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of any login credentials we provide
• Programme access is personal and non-transferable — you may not share access with others
• Access periods and any technical prerequisites will be communicated at the time of enrolment

5. User Responsibilities

When using our website and programmes, you agree to:

• Use programme content for your own personal educational development only
• Engage respectfully in any community discussion or mentor sessions
• Not copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell any programme materials
• Not share login credentials or allow others to access content through your account
• Provide accurate information when submitting enquiry forms

6. Intellectual Property

All programme content, website design, written materials, and code examples are the intellectual property of Neuronest or our content contributors, and are protected under applicable Thai and international law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use programme materials for your own learning. This licence does not permit redistribution, reproduction for commercial purposes, or modification of materials.

7. Payments and Refunds

All programme fees are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due in full before programme access is granted.

Refund policy

• Requests for a refund submitted within 7 days of payment and before accessing more than 20% of programme materials may be considered at our discretion
• We are not able to offer refunds for partially completed programmes or where significant content has been accessed

8. Disclaimers

Our programmes are educational in nature. We make no claims about employment, income, or any specific outcomes that may result from completing a programme. Learning results vary between individuals.

The website and all content are provided on an "as is" basis. We aim to keep content accurate and up to date but do not warrant that content will always be free of errors or that access will be uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Neuronest's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the programme in question.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of our website or programmes, including but not limited to loss of anticipated learning outcomes, data, or business opportunity.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, particularly around content sharing, disruptive behaviour in community spaces, or misrepresentation.

You may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the refund policy above. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 13 of these Terms survive termination.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Neuronest against any claims, losses, or legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our website or programme content.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

• Entire agreement — these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the complete agreement between us
• Severability — if any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect
• No waiver — failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision
• Assignment — we may assign our rights under these Terms to a successor entity; you may not assign your rights without our written consent

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of our website or programmes after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
